At Restore & Ryze Therapeutic Clinic, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality of service. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-Show Fee: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a penalty fee as decided by management

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability.

• Late rescheduling (within 24 hours) will be treated as a cancellation and the associated fees will apply.

3. Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to respect the next scheduled client. Full session fees will apply.

• Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show, at the discretion of management, and the no-show fee will apply.

4. Emergency Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to cancellation fees may be made at management’s discretion.

5. Memberships, Packages, and Gift Vouchers

• Cancellations or no-shows for prepaid services (e.g., packages, memberships, or gift vouchers) will result in a deduction of the service from the prepaid balance.

6. Group Bookings and Special Events

• Group bookings and events require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
